Miratek carried out an electrical contracting partnership for Royal Pan's commercial facilities and business centers, covering the manufacturing of low voltage (LV) distribution panels, the installation of the lighting infrastructure, and the integration of the energy management system. The project was delivered with IEC 61439-compliant panel production, metering and monitoring infrastructure, and an energy-efficiency-focused approach, targeting an uninterrupted and fully standards-compliant energy infrastructure.
Challenge
Commercial facilities and business centers require a reliable and flexible electrical distribution infrastructure due to high occupant density, the expectation of uninterrupted service, and variable load profiles. In the Royal Pan project, the core needs were LV distribution panels with internationally certified mechanical strength and safety, an energy-efficient lighting infrastructure that prioritizes comfort, and a central energy management system that makes the entire facility's energy consumption visible. The lighting, compensation, and distribution systems had to be designed to be mutually compatible, scalable, and traceable.
The Miratek Solution
Miratek launched the project with a site survey and load analysis, producing single-line diagrams and panel designs suited to the facility's needs. The LV distribution panels were manufactured at Miratek's own facility in accordance with the IEC 61439 standard, and designed with attention to protection coordination and selectivity. The business center lighting infrastructure was engineered and implemented on site with energy efficiency and user comfort as priorities. An energy management system with metering and remote monitoring infrastructure was integrated to track energy consumption across the facility, and reactive power compensation and power quality solutions were commissioned for reactive power management. All systems were tested, commissioned in compliance with the standards, and handed over.
